They found five rooms in the three-storey property filled with cannabis plants, along with specialist lighting and growing systems.
A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and police inquiries are continuing.
The find follows the Holbeck neighbourhood policing team's largest cannabis seizure in 2008 when more than 450 plants were seized from a property in Belvedere Mount, Beeston.
Over the last month the number of warrants being executed by Holbeck NPT for drug-related offences has risen sharply as more and more local people have come forward with information. During the period the NPT has executed more than 10 successful warrants for drug-related offences, leading to charges against those involved.
Sgt Sarah Whitworth, who led the operation, said: "Information from the community is vital when it comes to kicking drugs out of our estates and communities.
"Being able to execute successful warrants like this shows residents that we're listening to them and are acting on the information they give us."
